Regional Sales Representative – Medical Device
We are conducting a confidential search for an innovative and rapidly growing medical device organization seeking Regional Sales Representatives in multiple markets across the United States.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building new business, developing long-term clinical relationships, and representing a differentiated technology that is making a meaningful impact on patient care.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow a designated sales territory
- Build relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare providers
- Identify and onboard new accounts while expanding existing business
- Conduct product education and in-service training
- Partner with internal teams to support product launches and customer success
- Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset while driving revenue growth
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in outside B2B or medical sales
- Ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment
- Medical device, orthopedic, sports medicine, rehabilitation, or healthcare sales experience is preferred but strong sales professionals from related industries will also be considered.
