Reputable and growing organization that designs and manufactures complex medical device products currently seeking a US Field Marketing Manager.  The position is responsible for the successful execution of programs and tactics designed to support the organization’s local sales team and clinical organization.


Specific Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Head of Marketing successfully execute programs to grow market share in accordance with the “Annual Marketing Plan”.

  • Successfully support the launch of new products
  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing communications that reflect the voice and tone of the company brand (i.e. Sprout, Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, SFDC, Sugar CRM, etc.)
  • Use marketing automation platforms to build brand awareness
  • Attend industry Congresses
  • Assist in development of compelling sales tools
  • Document and share best practices with the wider organization and, where appropriate, customers and their staff
  • Maintain website copy
  • Provide day to day support to US sales team and leadership

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • BA or BS in Marketing or Business
  • 3+ years marketing or business development experience
  • Experience of launching and running integrated marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated success and experience with Marketing Automation platforms

  • Demonstrated ability in developing Marketing strategies to grow market share and increase end user demand
  • High degree of customer and external market focus
  • Strong analytical, project and change management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM Systems specifically, SalesForce
  • Spanish speaker (desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively create and manage strategic plans / tactical actions
  • Experience in influencing others in the organization and demonstrating empathy
  • Passion and Energy

Travel Requirements:

Job requires approximately 40% travel.
