About the Opportunity

This is a unique leadership role combining clinical expertise with operational management. As the Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee all daily aspects of clinical operations, mentor and develop clinical staff, and ensure high‑quality patient care every step of the way. You’ll work with industry‑leading technologies to deliver custom prosthetic and orthotic solutions that help patients regain confidence, mobility, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical operations
• Evaluate patients’ prosthetic and orthotic needs, design appropriate solutions, and oversee fittings.
• Provide expert clinical services, including static and dynamic alignment assessments.
• Deliver patient instruction and follow‑up care for device use and adjustments.
• Train and mentor team members to elevate clinical excellence.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and collaborate with administrative staff on reimbursement and compliance.
• Support operational performance, materials management, and quality processes to balance patient outcomes with clinic goals.

What We’re Looking For

• ABC/BOC Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist required
• Eligible for Texas State License - LPO
• Previous clinical leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
