This includes patient evaluation, the design and fitting of orthoses/prostheses, and seamless coordination with professionals spanning a wide spectrum of clinical specialties.
Responsibilities:
Consultation and Assessment:
Conduct thorough patient assessments.
Design and fabricate custom devices.
Conduct fittings and follow-up care.
Educate patients on device use and care.
Stay informed on industry advancements.
Participate in continuing education.
Qualifications:
Certified as a Prosthetist/Orthotist through the ABC or BOC
Proven patient care experience.
