- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their specific prosthetic and orthotic needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather relevant medical information.
- Patient Fitting: Precisely fit prosthetic and orthotic devices to patients, ensuring comfort, functionality, and alignment. Make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on the proper use, maintenance, and care of their prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.
